Chisel beach campground

I'm surprised that I have cell service!. 
We are camping at a hiker Biker campsite on the Potomac. 4 of the 5 of us rode today. We'll catch up with Steven in few days. My bike is super heavy. My guess with the extra food that I brought and water that it weighs 90lbs. I'll give it a week before I lighten my load.

3 of us have decided to do5 pushups everytime we get off the bike. These are my kind of people. Beautiful trail today

    So…how many push ups did you do today. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that you did extra just because you could!! Be safe.
