coffee at the Inn and coffee at a coffee shop. I was looking forward to going to the canal museum since we are at the end of the canal but it is closed due to Covid. We did our shopping so now I've added about 3 more pounds of food. tortias, cheese, a dinner of mashed potaoes with pre cooked bacon, alsoa pound of trail mix. I still have about 20 kind bars too, another couple of pounds.
Speaking of pounds, I'm carrying two cell phones, yes there is a reason, a Samsung A8 Tablet, a Kindle, bike computer, portable keyboard an Anker 1500mbps 2 port batttery pack,a sleeping pad inflator which doubles as a night light and last of the electronics a headlamp. Included are cases for somethings and more charging cables and plugsthan I need. When I truely figure out if I don't want to carry more or don't want stuff anymore I will send some home.
Tomorrow we are crossing the great Allegheny Passage. to go to Rockwood, PA. The temp is expected to be mid 90s. I'll vote to leave the hotel early. the mountain trail is 23 miles up and only a 2 percent grade. The whole ride is 45 miles
I'm on Laundry duty today.
We’ll done so far Jodi. I’m thankful you let us participate in a virtual cross country ride. Keep on the good spirit.
