Rain Expected

Rain is in the forecast for the next few days. I don't mind so much being wet and being dirty from the mud on the trail as that is kind of cool, to me. The idea of setting up my tent in the rain and expecially packing it up when it is wet is quite disturbing and very yucky. Plus, the tent is brand new and only set up one time in my living room.

Im sitting in my sister's kitchen, practicing using my new tablet with my new keyboard. More weight such as this and extra underwear keep finding its way into my panniers.  I may break down and ship these luxuries to my sister's house when I deem my load to heavy to bare.

Thanks to Cliff and Bob for helping me get my bike prepped for this journey.

Next post will include a photo from Mile Marker Zero!
