Two peaks quite impressive if I say so myself! 3500 feet of climbing for the day. The first one I rode at a comfortable pace and the 2nd I picked up the pace. I/ we enjoyed the long down hill into the lush valleyI felt really good. The high plains were spectacular. We camped in Mosquito Haven Campground! Keith was there and he already had his tent set up. He was happy to see other cyclists and we were happy to go eat pizza with him. He was great company and did an excellent tune outlining our ride for the next day since he rode it from the east. He particularly told the story of the Nez Pierce tribe and how they were slaughtered. We made sure to stop at the museum. We climbed another big mountain pass up to 7300’ Chief Joseph Pass and then we had a screaming winding 8 Mike downhill in which we dropped about 3000’ We stayed at a campground in Darby it had a hostel type tent with 8 beds. Steven and I were the only ones there. I had a terrible nights sleep. It happens pictures to come. I have a week signal.
